Children in the Club

• Dependents from ages 14-21 whose parents have a family membership are entitled to use the Club facilities just as an adult member.


• Couple or individual adult members must pay a guest fee to bring a relative child.


• Due to safety concerns, no children under the age of 14 are permitted in the free-weight, cardiovascular or circuit rooms.


• When using the pool, basketball courts or racquetball courts, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult member. Parents are not required to accompany children in staff supervised activities; however, we request all parents to remain on the premises while their children attend.


• We offer a special aerobics class designed specifically for kids: Fit Kids

Childcare Rules
It is the sincere wish of the Covington Athletic Club staff to provide the best possible service to all members on an equal basis. Any suggestions to improve childcare are always welcome. We appreciate your cooperation in observing the rules.

• Walk-in childcare provided for your convenience. Child(ren) may be left for a two-hour time period per day. Childcare is provided for your children who must be on membership.


• We have set a maximum occupancy level of twenty-five children. Children aged six weeks to fourteen years of age are accepted in the childcare room.


• When entering the Club, please bring your child(ren) to the childcare worker and sign in on the daily sheet. List your child(ren)’s name(s) and age(s). When checking your child(ren) out of childcare, please write down the time of departure.


• Children with a fever, runny nose, or contagious illness (including diarrhea) will not be accepted in the childcare room.


• Please be sure your child is fed before bringing them to Club. No food allowed in the childcare room. If a bottle is needed, please bring it prepared and ready to be given. Parents are responsible for supplying diapers and wipes for their children.


• Shoes are required.


• A fee of $2.00 per child per hour will be required when you bring children other than your own. Guest visits limited to three times a year.


• Children must obey all rules. Parents of any child unable to follow the childcare guidelines will be contacted by management to discuss the problem.

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Friday 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Saturday 8:45 am - 12:00 pm
